Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase however if you need to return your item then please return within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items returned for a credit note or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached.

Returning An Online Order For A Refund
Please obtain proof of posting for your return & ensure the parcel is clearly addressed to: Broomfields Farm Equestrian Store, Coggeshall Road, Earls Colne, Essex, CO6 2JX.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit so we recommend you get a proof of posting and take out the adequate insurance to cover your parcel should it be lost by your chosen courier.
As soon as we receive your item(s), provided they are in their original packaging with labels attached and unused we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Please protect the original packaging so we can re-sell these items, do not stick tape or labels on the products packaging.
Returning An In-Store Purchase For An Exchange

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit so we recommend you get a proof of posting and take out the adequate insurance to cover your parcel should it be lost by your chosen courier. Once we receive your items we can send out your exchange. The cost for us to send your exchange is £6. This is for UK Mainland only.

Returning To Store
We can accept returns in-store, where you will either receive a credit note or exchange the product.
EXCLUDED ITEMS FOR RETURNS: Please note that we cannot accept hats, body protectors, horse feed, supplements or second hand items as part of our Returns Policy.
We regret that we are unable to accept any returns unless they are clean & dry (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974).
