What Are Your Opening Times?
Our opening times are:
Monday - Saturday: 9am-5pm
Sunday: Closed
Bank Holidays: 10am-4pm
What Services Do You Offer?
We offer a variety of different services at Broomfields Farm, including hat and body protector fittings and gift vouchers. For more information about any of our services, don't hesitate to contact us.
Do I Need To Book An Appointment For A Hat/Body Protector Fitting?
No appointment necessary - just pop in and one of our team will be able to assist you. All of our hat and body protector fitters have received intense training, so you can be sure that you’re in the best hands with our team. If we don’t have the size or style that fits you, we are able to order these in for you.
Can I Return An Item If It Doesn’t Fit Or Isn’t Right?
Yes you can. However, the product needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase and they must be in their original packaging with their original labels attached and be unused. When you return the product, we will be able to offer you an exchange or a credit note.

How Can I See Which Brands You Have In Stock?
We stock a wide range of leading equine brands. You can view these by either clicking on the ‘Brands’ tab in the navigation bar or by searching the brand in our search box.
Do You Sell Products For Dogs?
Yes, we do! We have a collection of dog beds, leads, collars, feed, shampoo and treats that you can browse in store or online.
Do You Have Any Poultry Products?
Yes, we do! We don’t just stock dog, cat and horse food, we also have an array of poultry food, pig food and alpaca food. If you would like to order a specific feed, speak to a member of our team and we can look into getting it ordered into the shop for you.
Can I Order A Specific Product If You Don’t Stock It?
In most cases yes. Please speak to a member of our team regarding the item(s) you would like to order.
Are You Open On Sundays And Bank Holidays?
We are not open on Sundays, but we are open on bank holidays from 10am-4pm.
