Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is delivery to you within 3-5 working days (This may vary)

You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order is sent to you.

All parcels are delivered by Hermes or Parcelforce. Every order we send out is tracked which means you can rest assured knowing your order will be delivered securely to you.

Parcel Tracking

As with our Standard Delivery, all parcels are delivered by Hermes or Parcelforce. Every order we send out is tracked which means you can rest assured knowing your order will be delivered securely to you.

When you receive your tracking code from us, keep an eye out for updates from our courier about the delivery time for your parcel.

Non-Delivered Items

If you give us an incorrect or incomplete address, or our courier returns your parcel to us because you don't collect it after they leave a card with you, we will unfortunately have to charge you to send the item out to you a second time. This charge will vary according to the weight and value of your order.

Orders Under £100 - £6.00
Click & Collect - FREE

Unfortunatly, we will not deliver feed, bedding or anything over the weight limit of 20kg. However, if you wanted to place a large order with us, if you give us a call we can look in to and arrange this to be posted to you at a further expense.

If you wish to order any feed or bedding before coming to collect, please call the store and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
